Welcome to the World of Music…The Sound of Soul… Flute Bansuri, বাঁশি. It is about Sri Ashok Kumar Karmakar, a famous flute artist (Indian Bambo Flute) and flute teacher of India. Bambo Flute is popularly known as Bansuri in India. It is an ancient Folk Instrument and later it became a famous instrument in Indian Classical Instrumental Music. Sri Karmakar is an approved artist of Prasar Bharati (AIR & TV) since 1990. Sri Karmakar is loved by his students for his passionate teaching capacity and excellence in flute and for the knowledge of in Indian Rag Sangeet. He resides in Kolkata – the cultural hub of India.
